Holidays are comming (and OPIE too)
Hi everybody.
Because of my school and of my ankle (i got a reflex sympathetic dystrophy since 1 year and a half), i didn’t had time to post or even to work on Linux for i900-i910.
But as the title says, the holidays are comming (Next Friday, for 1 week and the half), so i’ll work on it.
First, i’ll post a “demo” (as Omnibuntu was) of OPIE for our device.
Second, i’ll work on Omnibian, i got some bugs and problems. So i’ve got to figure it out.
I also would like to thanks all posters for the support, that’s great.
Here i’ll answer some :
To n1nj4Lo
ReactOS has been developped for x86 devices. Not for ARM. And i’ve got an account on this site since 2 years ^^
To izzy
Of course, Andromnia isn’t as Desktop PC Linux is. That’s why i’m trying to port some other Desktop Environment to customize and enjoy a full Linux.
See you soon,

hi, plz can you give a tutorial to how instal ubuntu in blackstone, i have copyed all files in ext3 partition. linux begin booting but in the update screen i cant do that. invalid update when i tap the screen. any solution to how calibrate screen o r bypass this. thanks
What is the problem exactly ? The screen calibration ? the boot sequence ? I would like to remember you that this release was done for Samsung Omnia i900. So is the touch screen calibration.
well, since you are stoping development for the omnia could you at least give us (or me)
that progress you made with opie linux? it seems if you dont post the unfinished progress the knowledge may be lost forever.
