About Boom Time

Chip “Boom” Harrow is in trouble.

As an avid geologist he loves to collect interesting rocks. Armed with his trusty explosives he explores caves and old mines in search of new discoveries.

Today he has come across the find of the century. A fissure in the Earth has opened up spewing mysterious blue stones onto the surface. But that’s not all that’s come out of the fissure. Strange and deadly creatures have emerged and they seem intent on making Chip their first surface meal.

Can he collect all the blue stones and avoid being captured by the monsters?

It’s up to you to help Chip in his quest!

Enemies

Mud Slide

From the depths of the Earth, these slow creatures are keen on catching Chip. However their bad eyesight makes it hard for them to keep up with him.

Bullet

These mechanical nasties are fast and reckless. Keep out of their way!

Electro Hopper

Renowned for their keen tracking abilities, Electro Hoppers also have the uncanny ability to expel an electric charge. They can use this charge to explode blocks.

Deadly Heart

Slow and methodical best describes these enemies. They will never rest until they track Chip down and catch him.

Lazy Eye

Lazy Eyes tend to wander aimlessly about, but they can be quite dangerous due to their ability to release electrical charges.

Helmet Head

These are perhaps the nastiest of all the enemies. They are fast and clever and will track Chip down wherever he goes. They always travel alone.

Evil Eye

The Evil Eye is the faster, smarter cousin of the Lazy Eye.

Other Items

Monster Generator

When an enemy has been blown up they will re-appear from the Monster Generator after a short time. The generator cannot be destroyed, so be careful!

TNT

After a certain amount of time a TNT case may appear on screen. Touch the TNT to instantly destroy all enemies.

1 UP

Collect this to receive an extra life.

Bomb Up

Every time you collect one of these the number of bombs that you can carry (and therefore drop) increases by 1. You can carry a maximum of 8 bombs.
