Shiatsu, and Myotherapy, practiced in Asia for thousands of years,
have only gained wider acceptance in the West in recent times.

Traditional Asian medicine emphasizes personal responsibility for
one's health.

This software is designed to put the relief of common and minor
discomforts and symptoms into your own hands.

By learning how to stimulate your own pressure points, you can
relieve minor or moderate symptoms, and reduce the need for
nonprescription drugs.

Unlike most drugs, relief is usually immediate.

The concepts of internal and external environment are very
important to the philosophy of traditional Asian medicine.

The human body encloses a perpetual flow of bioenergy, or life-force,
called "chi, "ki" or "qi." It flows into the body and along pathways
called "meridians," influencing the functioning of all the organs.

We remain healthy when the flow balances internally and externally.

We become ill when external or internal events disturb the flow.

Along the meridians are a large number of pressure points that act as
"valves" for the flow of chi. Stimulating acupoints restores balance,
relieving symptoms.

Version 2.12 Suport for OS 5.0 - Tungsten and Sony Clie NX70.

In the version 2.11 buttons 'Line by line' were placed to facilitate 
the reading of long texts.

Version 2.1 of Acupressure & Do-in consolidates the installation files
into one PRC file and now it is compatible with new Palm OS 5.

Version 2.0 of Acupressure & Do-in is a significant upgrade to this
handy guide to acupressure. The changes include:

- All text revised and edited
- All new illustrations
- New acupoints
- New symptoms and pain locations to choose from
- Improved programming and navigation

                        <<< Install >>>

If you have already installed the previous version, please make
sure to uninstall all 'Do-in' files including database before
re-installation this new version.

Save the file to your desktop, or another location on your local
disc.

To install 'Do-in', use WinZip or another 'Un-zipping' program
"un-zip" the archive. You will find two files:

            Do-in.prc
            readme.txt

Use Palm Desktop to install the application.

After the installation is complete, place your Palm in the cradle
and press the HotSync button to install the program on your Palm.

Once this HotSync is complete, go to that program on your Palm.
